FedEx delivery

FedEx is an unreliable delivery service, your top dollar is not worth putting into their delivery services. I think USPS and other carriers are way better when it comes to accuracy and customer service. The people that I have talked to so far does not help you with your problems at all, rather i find them lazy when it comes to troubleshooting my problems. I had issues with the doorbell in my apartment so I have asked their customer service if I could pick up my package at their facility, I made several calls but have never gotten anywhere with them. I advise everyone to stay away from this delivery service if you value your package!!!!!!!
