Rude Driver, unhelpful customer service - Fedex Ground
I left a signed note for the driver to leave the package or deliver after 5:30 after the first missed delivery (I'm at work M-F 8-5!). Next day, another missed delivery tag, with circles and 5 arrows drawn around 'signature required'. Really? So rude. Don't like your job? Allow me to help you fix that by taking my business elsewhere.
So I called customer service. Can't reschedule, can't reroute. Can send it to some storefront 10 miles away. Thanks a load.
Done with FedEx, no stars, will not use again.
