Do not ship FedEx

Worst business I have ever dealt with. I had purchased an item offline and it was shipped through FedEx . FedEx delivered the package to an address that I have not lived at in years. Will it was returned to FedEx and then "lost". There was no way possible that the shipper would have the old address and it was returned to FedEx, so it's completely their mistake. I have been on the phone with FedEx for over a month now because I have not received a refund or anything. Their customer service sucks, everyone that works there talks in circles and they lie to their customers. I will never refer anyone to FedEx.
