Tracking Number: 787610473119 I have a package that was shipped from New York to Maryland on Tuesday, September 5th, for a Wednesday delivery. It did not arrive even though the tracking website showed "Out for delivery." A number of calls to various FedEx representatives yielded a wide variety of answers; all of them wrong. Not one customer service agent was reliable or even courteous. I was told that the package was being sent to Orlando, that I would have it the next day, then the next day. Yesterday I received an email saying the package would be delivered today. Today I received an email saying the package would be delivered on Tuesday. I don't understand the inner workings of FedEx, but can't help but think that if a package was held up it would be given some type of priority routing. A week for delivery on overnight service is silly. FedEx could have walked the package here from New York and taken a week. I wish at least one interaction with FedEx had been accurate in what I was told. I used to think of FedEx as a reliable, professional company. No more and I will never use their service again.
