FedEx Delivered to wrong address


FedEx seems to have a problem delivering to my address. This most recent event, Mothers Day, the first one since my wife had lost a child and was to be a very hard day for her, I got an e-mail showing her flowers had been delivered. I had not heard from my wife as I knew I would if she had received her flowers. I called her to go look around the house outside and see if there was a package. when I saw FedEx was the delivery company I knew they had delivered it to the wrong place. My wife went to the other location and got her own package.The flower company did everything they could do to correct the problem. I got a call from FedEx today to track a missing package, I told her we got the package from the wrong address. The response was I (FedEx) will mark this claim closed and resolved, there was nat an I'm sorry or anything and this is not resolved. Over the last year EVERY single delivery has gone to the wrong address!!! I have called FedEx each time and they have not made any kind of notations that this is happening, I have had companies resend items by a diffrent carrier, I have had to go to FedEx and pick up packages.
