Delivered my package to wrong address - NFL blanket from wards

I have always got my deliveries when ordering stuff for X-mas. Well today I am up at 8 am and on the computer which sits on table right in front of window that looks out to the street and my front porch. About 10 am I check email and I have a tracking update saying my package was delivered at 9:49 am. huh? I was here and could see out the window, I went outside, no package, no tag I called and at first they tried to insist that it had been delivered and then after being put on hold, she said a neighbor had called them a few blocks away saying my package was delivered to their address which is nothing like mine. SO, Customer service tells me the driver says he will go get the package and bring it to me in about an hour. I sat for 5 hours and still no package. I called again, after going through the phone game of answering questions and hold time, another CR told me that another driver picked up the package and it was being taken back to the fedEX to be reshipped out to me. I was pissed and why in the hell would anyone do that when it was just a few blocks down the street? and I was told in an hour the driver would bring it to me. NOOOO the driver never said that mam. I said YES HE DID. I said if that package is not at my door sometime today then I am filing a formal complaint and contacting the company that uses them for delivery. 20 minutes later FedEx pulls up with my package. Unreal, total of 6 hours of stress because it was an expensive Xmas gift for someone that I would not even have if the people that got my package were not honest. Thank God they were honest and called. This is very BAD service. Shame on you FedEx.
