$3,000 items misdelivered or stolen by FedEx - FedEx Overnight
Shipped a package via FedEx valued at $3,000. The residence it was supposed to be delivered to has a locked gate at driveway which can only be opened from their house. On day package was supposed to be delivered, occupant was home all day and no package was delivered. Tracking number stated that package was delivered and left at front door. This would be only possible if driver scaled the wall with 20lb package and dropped it off undetected by home owner. Once owner noticed package was not delivered, he immediately contacted Local FedEx off ice to make it known. It took local office three days to inform driver of the error and homeowner talked to driver about it. Driver stated that he dropped off package at wrong address and he would go back to look for it. Driver did not find the package at the location he dropped it off at.
I filed a claim with FedEx and they denied the claim due to the fact that the tracking number stated that it was delivered.
FedEx company has no integrity whatsoever and they do not care one bit about the customers they serve.
