delivered empty package - PS Vita
I sent an expensive electronic to get fixed, and on the return the electronic item disappeared from the packaging and FedEx refuses to help find it. They delivered an empty box, so unfortunately the box was signed for but the merchandise is gone. And "haha," FedEx has no responsibility because they delivered and got a signature, but the fact that the contents were removed is not their problem apparently. Tomeka Brown from. FedEx left me a phone message saying in essence, " We are sorry, but it's not our problem."
