Fed Ex in Lapulapu Cebu Philippines is horrible - FedEx international (Lapulapu Cebu philippines)

Tracking my package, it is staying in Lapulapu facility because at first, it said not due for delivery. But it is past the expected delivery date and it is still not delivered. I used fed ex to expedite the delivery but this shows that the Lapulapu branch does not care about customers. The U.S. fed ex in Maryland if early will deliver even before it is due. That is awesome customer service.
