Delay Delivery Despite Paying for Expedite Shipment


I would like to know what was the reason for the delay of my Shipment with tracking number, 773554772154. when I have been calling every single day for the package to be delivered.

Every day since 18th May when I call your support staff I got same response which started irritating me "We are extremely sorry for the delay sir it will be delivered today". (Not sure if today means x days from the first day of call). I have called more than 5 times to your support staff.

Please explain me the reason for this delay,

On the contrary if I pay half the custom charge and ask your executive to collect the rest some other or later on the same day will you deliver the goods, please let me know your response for this.

This is not professionalism from FedEx
