Hello Team,

We are a regular user of Fedex express services and we sent a shipment with parcel tracking number 772386173228 on 24th December 2014 to Kazakhstan, however it has not been delivered yet and from the date of 29th December it is showing in Frankfurt location and after that nothing has been updated. Following up numerous time with the shipping agent in Jaipur we have not received any satisfactory answer. This parcel has to be delivered in couple of days as this is now really urgent. Could someone please look into this issue at the earliest. Your urgent attention would highly be appreciated.
