shoes and cloths

i saw many business and they all r doing good serve with a respect,but in ur business is only thinking about the money.here our problem is my girlfriend send me a gift with a shoes and some few cloths.than she pay extra money like 350 dollar to fedex for speed post to me.than our thing have to come in tuensday.but we didnt got a parcel n also we got a fine like 220 euro from customs.than we call a lot to them.after few days they release our parcel from customs and fedex got my things on friday like 10 o clock.but they still didnt ready to send a parcel to me.they have to send me my parcel with a respect coz we payed extra money for speed post.if tthey dont want to send our parcel without speed post. than they have to pay back our half money .coz its there responsible after eat a money of customers.actually fedex have to work till the parcel receive to the receiver hand.they have to pay all the tex nn all coz we also payed alot to them.if u got a money than do u work properly.and also i dont understand y belgium mechelen is not transporting in friday to brussels.so poor its so near.and that mechelen fedex told me to come at there to take a parcel.if i didnt go there than they will send me a parcel at monday its almost take two week.
