expected deliver as cs says=03/01/14
i had a package which was urgent, and still they said tomorrow will be delivered but the delivery type was "Overnight delivery" and its should be delivered on any circumstances.Fog,temp and not had a delivery office there so gave it to other courier service ,these all are make falsify your commitment towards customer, As you were well renowned international business in courier service but i had not good exp with you, so may be i have to think twice to take your services and also not give any suggestion to others about your services
