They need to better satisfy customers needs

I had to go to one particular location 3times because they were lazy and didn't look for my package that I know was there. I had someone call me to say it was there but when I got there yet and behold...... This is where they lack communication.you will literally be told the the wrong story by three people and it's unfair.i think when you need your stuff and you pay for it you should be able to get it.NEVER would I recommend FEDEX .
