My package was being sent back to the seller without my knowledge.

On the delivery they asked me to pay Rs.2165, I asked them to give me bill for that.The delivery person said that they attempt 3 deliveries so it will be delivered tomorrow with all the documents.

I waited for 2 more days and when I contact the Fedex office they simply said the package is being returned.

I would like to know
1.Why dont you attempt 3 times delivery as you promised?
2.Why dont you inform me before returning it?
3.Why dont you bring bill if I need to pay extra? and Why do I need to pay extra?
4.Please provide prove in-case you attempted 3 time or if you informed me.

I booked a complaint in your Indian website and till now I dont get any response from them and its been more than 30 hours.
What are you going to do for the delay?
