I just want FedEx to know that they suck. I had a package "overnighted" to me. It was in there possession on Friday and it wasn't scheduled to arrive until Monday. That was sort of acceptable to me. Except I knew I wouldn't be there before 5:45 so I called and requested that it be delivered after that time so that I could be there to sign for it. The representative said "sure no problem". So I get home and no package was delivered that night. I track the order and discovered that they attempted to deliver it at noon that day. WTF!!! So I call and they say I can pick it up (a 30 minute drive both ways HELLO I PAID YOU TO DO THAT) or wait until tomorrow and hope that this representative isn't as stupid as the last. I am done with FedEx unless they give me a year of free unlimited shipping with guarantees on dates and times of every single one. GO UPS WOOHOO!
