Terrible service all around

I requested that for this package and 2 others, that I would be contacted so that I can give proper delivery instructions. I received no call from customer care. No call from your company at all. I received my other two packages, on two different days, on Tuesday, January 25th, and Wednesday, January 26th, of which they both were left unattended and no previous notice. I then received a notification from my account on your app saying all three packages were delivered, but I did not receive my last package today, January 27th, as I was notified. Besides your bad customer service, lack of understanding, inability to follow basic instructions, and the inconvince and unessasary stress that this process has caused me, is absurd for a corporation such as yours. Because of this experience I no longer will be using the services you provide.
