Late shipment, poor customer service


Placed an emergency equipment replacement order on the morning of January 10, 2017 and paid for guaranteed overnight shipment. It was scheduled to be delivered by 8pm on January 11, 2017 by which time it did not arrive and customer service told me I would have to wait until 8pm again on January 12 for my delivery that I required to operate my business with that day at 10am. I was reimbursed for shipping, but not for the loss of a day's business. If the delivery is delayed further, I will bill them for my losses.
