I Don't Understand


This is the 2nd time I've had to wait on a package from them. Each time I would track the package, the post will show a specific delivery date, but of course IT DOES NOT show up when it is suppose to. I pay for overnight shipping on a Monday and what happens? I get my package 2 days later! I call to find out what's the problem and I get told to call back the next day... smh Makes me too angry services suck!
