Horrible service...


I shipped a package from a fedex shipping center on March 17, 2015.. when the package didn't get there at the designated time I called fedex to see Where my package was...(insert sarcasm)sooo two weeks later they told me my package was loss after two weeks of giving me the runaround, and told me to file a claim after I did that, they told me my claim form doesn't count the lady at the shipping center had time file the complaint and everything must go through her, like she knows the value of my things or I can even trust her, I don't know this lady, she filed the claim... I called today and was told that the manager who was over my case hasn't did anything on it since the 8th of this month.. they handled this poorly and they don't want to pay for their mistakes or even say they made any. I will not ship with fedex anymore, I promise you that! My claim is still unresolved...
