They lost my suitcase and never bothered to find it.They ask for the same information 500 times and never get back to you on anything.They open wrong case ids and wrong case ids on wrong tracking numbers.Each time you call you will be rerouted to 10 different departments which lack any co ordination amongst each other.They dont even make note of any information that is provided during a call.Its been a month since i have been following up on my issue.This is the WORST service ever..Never use Fedex if you value your package!! I wish i could enter 0 stars here!!
