Fedex international hell


Sent a package 2 day to Shanghai from lax. It has been on hold in customs for over a week because someone at fedex China entered the wrong weight, shipping into the computer. FedEx in the USA has been sending messages every day and China fedex takes forever to resolve the situation. So there are problems in the U.S. and China where fedEx does not resolve problems for you. In fact you have to tell them what the problem in China is. On top of that at night they use a customer service in a place where the workers probably speak Spanish as a main language and where you can't understand half the things they say. During the day the customer service is not much better. I don't know who runs this company now but the person obviously doesn't care about making the worldwide service efficient and reliable.
