Delivery Failure on priority shipment - PRIORITY OVERNIGHT SHIPMENT


I had sent a gift on 26th through Fedex on overnight priority shipment. It was committed to be delivered the next day that is 27th.
Till 6 pm in the evening the online tracker was showing it in transit. The call centre support is still investigating the exact status and why was it in transit.

I have been charged Rs190 for the same. More than the money it was a gift ordered online and sent on priority on special request. A COMPLETE FAILURE ON COMMITMENTand TOTALLY UNEXPECTED FROM FEDEX
