Broken Package
I have recently bought a picture on a trip to New York that didn't fit in my suitcase. I took it to the FedEx store to ship it back to Dallas, Texas. By the time the picture got delivered to me in Dallas, the frame was broken and the glass was shattered inside the box. Although the box had at least FOUR "Fragile" sticker warnings! Thanks for nothing... FedEx.

I packed and item ACCORDING to their OWN guide lines, it arrived damaged! I filed a claim and it was denied after sending in pictures of the item before it was shipped, when it arrives and all of the packing contents.
Good luck trying to get a hold of a supervisor and calls are NOT returned as promised. When you call back all's you receive is I'm sorry" there is nothing I can do, they will call you"
I am not new to delivering, I have sent thousands of packages and this is the FIRST I ever dealt with something like this!!!! I would rather pay the extra and receive customer satisfaction than the poor customer service you receive from FedEx!!!
