    my items worth $800 got stolen before reaching India.The employees are not hepul at all.They lie every single day.Sometimes i get email that it stuck india and then they sid that its stuck in us because the box was empty.Now they say i could get only $100 refund i have not paid $10 for full refund.Since im a new customer so i didnt about that nor ur employee told me about it.Ipaid $160 for priority,if someone would have told me about full refund insurance,i would paid for it also.Now I want my full refund back its totally ur fault.Moreover the employees who pick my calls on tollfree no are...   • del pushes out day cannot pickup

    ordered item on ebay seller chose fed ex to deliver. every thing ok untill the pack got to mpls st paul area then del was pushed out 1 day each day as pack moved through 4 sub cites. never in minnetonka mn where it was to be delivered.. so i thought maybe i could pickit up in rogers . of course ther is no person to call or??del just moved out another day so i will get it when you decide to del .when will that be ?? i will not againbuy from someone who uses fed ex nor willi use your company. i know you could care less.   • FedX Dropped the ball again!

    I was scheduled to have a package delivered overnight. When it did not arrive the next day, I tracked the package to learn that FedX marked it "Delivery Exception - Customer not home or Business closed" neither of which was true -- I was home ALL day and my business was open from 8 am. to 8:30 pm.     I would like to know what was the reason for the delay of my Shipment with tracking number, 773554772154. when I have been calling every single day for the package to be delivered.   • Not impressed with FedEx

    A package was to be delivered today to my home. At 1:00pm I checked the mail and there was a notice from Fedex that they had tried to deliver my item. The notice stated that they would return before 4:00 pm. At 5:30 I had still not heard from them. I then found a final delivery notice on my mailbox. I checked to make sure my intercom was working and now believe that the delivery person did not even call up to my residence but rather just stuck a sign on my mailbox both times.     I work for a clothing company called Charlotte Russe in Moorestown, NJ located in the Moorestown Mall and I have to say the Fedex delivery services are beyond horrible! It hasn't been one pay day that our checks came at a decent hour!   • Package pick-up hours change

    I received a package notification on a Friday. The notice indicated the pick-up location was open from 9-5 on Saturday. I drove 20 minutes to arrive at the location on Saturday at 9:30 a.m., only to find a sign on the door indicating Saturday hours were 10-3. I had to return later in the day.     I ordered two new phones from Verizon. They were shipped out on Thursday (5-16-2013) at the same time from the same place, and the shipping service was supposed to be FedEx 2-Day. According to tracking, they both arrived at the local FedEx facility in Linthicum, MD (only two and a half miles from my house) at 7:01 AM on Friday.   • FedEx was moving my package in the wrong direction?

    I tracked shipping yesterday and it said my package was 4 hours away, but would get here Friday (Tomorrow) Shrugging off my disappointment from it sitting in the same facility for 5 days, I accepted that I wouldn't get it until Friday. I checked tracking tonight, 24 hours after I checked last, and my package had been moved to a different facility, ABOUT 20 MINUTES IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION! What?!   • Fedex charged me for a packaing service I did not Agree to

    I was deciding on the best delivery method to get a package to Sacramento from Seattle in two days. I decided to go with Fedex ground over USPS priority. It turns out I should have gone with USPS priority. For around the same price my brother-in-law got his package, mailed the same day to the same address, there in two days where my package still hasn't made it.     It's Christmas time and while I realize all these companies are really busy this is their job and they should do it right.I was home all day knowing my things would come, I looked online to see it said delivered and I hadn't received anything.     I was supposed to have a package delivered and it would have been had I not decided to take a shower thinking my package would have come sooner.     I purchased some furniture through a website that uses Fedex to ship. I requested it be sent to my local Fedex. I was notified when it shipped (thanks to the store I ordered it from) but heard nothing after that (even though I requested shipping updates via text messages).   • FedEx did I fall off the turnip truck?

    I was supose to recieve my package today (8/9/11) before 7pm. So I had someone to wait to sign for my package. 3pm rolls around they come and leave within seconds of getting there. There's no way the driver drove up knocked on the door waited 2-3 minutes like they are supose to then put a door tag on and leave.     Fedex came to deliver a package to my office. it was for my manager who was in her office which I pointed out. Fedex said I dont deliver to the actual person its addressed to.     Please think twice before falling for the Fedex Express First & Priority Services. They are nothing more than a gimmick to raise apparently much needed funding. If there is any difficulties encountered by Fedex including weather your Express First and Express Priority Shipment becomes standard overnight mail with a 5:00 pm deadline.
