    I a working on my spa and have to buy parts, the unfortunate thing is, all the companies I am dealing with seem to just WUV fedex. saturday, my first package arrived, in good shape, and in a timely manner, whats the problem? the lazy darned delivery driver just couldnt seem to walk to my door and ring my bell or knock to let me know he/she was there, the driver simply dropped the package at the bottom of my driveway, in front of a vehicle, so, even if I looked out my kitchen window I would not have seen it.     Why do companies use FedEx baffles me! Last year I purchased 2 TV's on sale from Circuit City. 1 was delivered, the other just said in Rhode Island for about 3 weeks. Finally I called Circuit City and FedEx both not knowing why the package was never delivered. Turns out FedEx lost it and because it was a sale TV, Circuit City only refunded my money instead of replacing it with the TV I wanted... I never did get my TV!   • Fedex customer service not being honest



    The driver came to the door once, he left two door tags to make it seems like he made two attempt. He so stupid thinking he can outsmart anyboby. I come home everyday around 4:30pm. I expected the package to be deliver on the 17 of April, I came home on the 17 of April I got two door tags the driver put on April 16 and 17, now where was i on the 16 of April why I didn't get the door tag.   • Fedex denies damage claim



    I've been a customer with FedEx for several years. I recently mailed a computer to a customer. The computer's exterior was badly damaged. All 4 handles were badly bent. I put in a insurance claim and found that the claim was denied. I talked to a Kim McKnight in claims. I have NEVER dealt with someone in any company that was as rude as she was. She continually talked over me, interrupting me numerous times, and did not let me finish several points. I assume this is not how FedEx trains it's staff.     Every single time FedEx is supposed to deliver a package to my home, I have a problem--it's unbelievable they are still in business!! Two weeks ago they were supposed to deliver a package to my home-I was home that day-the package did not need a signature. I tracked the package when it didn't arrive at the end of the day-their website said that the driver tried to deliver it, but no one was home to sign for it! LIAR!!     In order to finalize a passport application, I was required to send further documentation to the passport office in Seattle, Wa. I was asked to forward the documents overnight with proof of delivery and signature in order to finish my application. Because this timing was critical, I used FedEx to ship the documents. I prepared and shipped the package on Friday, 1/9/2009, and paid for Priority Overnight shipping so that the package would be at the passport office on Monday morning, 1/12/2009.   • How does this happen during the HOLIDAY SEASON?



    Okay, so about two weeks ago, I ordered an iPod from Apple.com. It shipped via FedEx. Here's the problem - On the day I was expected to receive it, it was first put on the WRONG TRUCK ENTIRELY, and still delivered TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!     On Oct21 at 3:28pm a package was picked up on a 'Priority Overnight'. Destination - Fraser Lake, B.C. Parcel did not arrive until October 27 at 4:30PM. The tracking nymber is 790116363848. This is a 10 hour trip from Vancouver. I would expect a full refund on our account as we are now stuck with parts our customer will be returning.   • Horrendous Company



    I shipped an empty Bicycle carrier last winter. It is huge, and it was empty. I bought the best one as the company guarantees safety of packed bikes. I shipped a bike one way and shipped the empty case home. The case was "lost" in Fedex terminal. The case cost about $600. Fedex made me search for all documentation I had and then without any explanation sent me $100 telling me the empty case was uninsured. This is nonsense.     I ordered my kids christmas gifts from a large online retailer. Order was shipped using 2 day shipping. It never turned up. After contacting the shipper they have said that Fedex lost the package 'in transit'. However the website says that the package is at 'fedex facility'.     FEDEX sucks. I ordered 2 tickets to a concert in oklahoma city from National event co. in New York. They sent them out overnight.. The concert was Sun. dec 2,07 -Fedex said they came by on fri. nov 30th. they lied. I was home all day Nov. 30. Fedex never came by. They came by monday dec. 3. too late. I missed the concert.     I spent thousands of dollars on a device that was shipped with full insurance from a FedEx shipper and transported by FedEx Ground. The machine arrived broken in several ways and was inspected by a FedEx agent. He confirmed that the shipping had damaged the item but said that it wasn't their fault. How can this be?     FedEx shipment languished in limbo. I am an online seller of jewelry. I happened to have an item special ordered for a client and had it shipped via FedEx to me. This item was shipped out 5/26 and was due to arrive on 5/30. It shipped out fine, but then languished in limbo in their processing center in Syracruse NY. I have checked the tracking number almost everyday since then and according to their website it is still there!
