  • Atrocious service.

    The customer service representatives are absolutely incompetent in their job. I spoke to a half dozen 'reps' and each one assured me my package would arrive promptly more than a week ago. I'm still waiting on the package that hasn't moved from the current state it is in. The tracking feature on their website is a joke, each date of suggested delivery has come and gone and still no package.   • Have issues EVERY time

    I have issues EVERY time something is shipped with FedEx. Packages are ALWAYS late. I never get anything on time. I can't tell you how many times it will be marked "out for delivery" only to be brought back and sometimes not delivered till days later. I have also had issues with it being marked as delivered and it's not here. I will call and they say yes, it was delivered (even though I was home all day and know otherwise) and be of no help.   • Always late

    My medication is shipped overnight and supposed to be delivered between 8 and noon the next day. FedEx cannot leave it on the doorstep because it MUST be signed for. I cannot tell you how often I sit at home ALL DAY waiting for my medicine to be delivered. Why no consistency? One month it's delivered at 1pm and the next month I have to wait until 4:30 pm.   • FedEx Smartpost via USPS Delivery needs to go...

    In most cases I use UPS or USPS. Whenever I buyfrom Amazon directly they use FedEx Smartpost. There is nothing good I can say about it. FedEx loves taking their time processing and moving packages. I can't believe that they take almost three days to get it out of one city. Then FedEx takes forever to tet the package to USPS.     so i paid for faster shipping 2-3 days 7 days later no package it is 5pm and they said it would arrive by 12 yesterday. it has been in transit in my own town for 2 days going on 3 now? i live in small fl city there is no way at all possible thats true unless they are just driving around with my package not delivering it lol? this is my second bad exp with them i usually go thru ups but this time the place i ordered thru said my package was to heavy and sent me through to fedex..btw this is fedex express. they are a horrible delivery service and if you can go through ups or ANYTHING else do...   • Worst customer service ever!

    Worst customer service ever! My fiance ordered a jersey and paid for overnight shipping for his jersey a week prior to our game. The day of our game he contacted them from 10:30 in the morning until we left for our game. We drove 20 minutes out without his jersey while we were on the phone with corporate and she told us the package was delivered.   • Delivery Failure on priority shipment

    I had sent a gift on 26th through Fedex on overnight priority shipment. It was committed to be delivered the next day that is 27th. Till 6 pm in the evening the online tracker was showing it in transit. The call centre support is still investigating the exact status and why was it in transit.   • FedEx/USPS combination does not seem to work. Deliveries hardly on time

    I used to love FedEx but in the last year something has happened that has really discouraged me from wanting to use them. My packages use to show up on time all the time. Now it is hit and miss. I have nothing against USPS but when they deliver my package I am last on the route so my packages are delivered late when they do come.     So I bought some things off of walmarts website and everything has ether came early or on time no problem but today my sons toddler bed was supposed to be delivered.     By far the worst service I have ever had! They were suppose to deliver flowers to my girlfriend for Valentines day at her work, which never happened, then when I went to pick it up they said it could not be released to me because my name was not on the package.   • Fedex International consignment handling mess up.

    I shipped food grade nutrition oil supplement for my mother to India. The package was shipped by the manufacturer who regularly ships to India and knows the process. however, Fedex DOES NOT handle custom clearance at all for such consignments which are absolutely allowed in the country. Local Fedex representative totally disowned everything and asked us to hire a broker which was a very painful and costly affair for us just to complete the customs clearing, duties to be paid apart.     We shipped several shipping grade boxes from Boston to LA with FedEx and all of them arrived smashed, split open, with small and LARGE wholes in them and each of them were noticeable taped up by FedEx because our personal items were falling out.     I ordered something on Amazon and this is the first time they used FedEx. They said they delivered it at 1:01pm. Well guess what I was home at that time and NO ONE KNOCKED.     I have a package coming from Irving, TX to STL, MO, which was sent out on 1/3/2014 and today is Friday 1/10/2014 and they are going to only deliver it on 1/13/2014. Their package tracking site has been updated three days in a row citing bad weather, which is false. There was a snow storm over the last weekend and the weather was not good on 1/4 and 1/5.     I live in Indiana and had a package coming from Ohio, the next state over. FedEx ground shipping maps indicated that I would have received my package within 3 days tops.     I tried to have a printer shipped to me and because of the overload of packages before Christmas, instead of saying it would be delayed, they lied.     Fedex website offers customized delivery options on a very unfriendly site. BUT, what good is it if the drivers are too lazy to look at the information. I had ordered an expensive christmas tree and Balsam Hill unfortunately uses Fedex. I was at home waiting for delivery, when finally at 4pm I decided to check the delivery site.     Fedex's online presence and delivery service leaves much to be desired. The last package I received from Fedex was left with my neighbor on the first delivery try.     FedEx cannot deliver a package to the right place to save them . FedEx will drop your package anywhere convenient for the driver , perhaps they should hire drivers that can count and read , it could help.     Fedex delivered a package from Singapore (sender singed the contract with them). They then paid VAT on goods. Goods defective so returned with FEDEX. Charged £58.72 (of which £10.50 admin charge) Can get VAT refund but not for admin charge. Do not understand why a big company like that who have paid the VAT cannot get a refund itself.     The package, according to the FedEx website, has been on the truck to my house four separate times for the past four days. Each time, they write me an email saying they can't find the address. It's a house on a regular street with a big street number on the garage.
