    My order was picked by Fedex from Jaipur (tracking id 772334047070) in 20th Dec 2014 and it was to be delivered by 23rd Dec to Guwahati. But from 21st Dec 2014 its status is in "transit" in Kolkata.I have called more than 50 times and also lodged complaint but still after 5 days it is in Kolkata Airport and no fedex guy is able to answer why this item is stucked there for 5 days.Fedex has spoiled by business and I am realy upset and helpless as I could not find out the way how to get my package.     FedEx does not pay attention to my customized delivery options. i told them to use the call box at the apartment because i have a baby and a 3 year old. they keep leaving packages at the apartment office which means i have to get in the car with my 2 young children, drive over there and leave them in the car while i get the packages. i am a stay at home mom and want the driver/s to take the time to use the call box so i don't have to keep going to the office to get my packages.     You've changed the delivery time of my package twice I am not happy that I have to wait another 4 days for my package when I've already waited 9 days for it.   • FedEx Smart Post isn't so smart

    An item I ordered on December 1st was sent FedEx Smart Post. It is now December 13th and no one seems to know where it is. After a call to my local post office I found out that THIS IS HOW IT WORKS...FedEx delivers your package to a trucking company, which is always different by the way, and then that trucking company is contracted to deliver your package to your local post office.     Just want to stay I am extremely dissatisfied with your customer service. I was supposed to receive a custom made dress for my daughters 1st birthday. And no significant attempt was made to deliver it. We received no buzz to our unit, property mgmt or call and yet we were told a redelivery would be made this afternoon.     FedEx is an unreliable delivery service, your top dollar is not worth putting into their delivery services. I think USPS and other carriers are way better when it comes to accuracy and customer service. The people that I have talked to so far does not help you with your problems at all, rather i find them lazy when it comes to troubleshooting my problems.   • Unwarrented Inspection

    Used package tracking info to see where the delivery process was, It was on the truck for delivery and then returned to fedex warehouse for "Inspection".   • My grandma can deliver packages faster than this company

    I have never been so upset before waiting for a package, my package arrived at my local Fedex storage 2 days ago, and it is still "In Transit". I called the local Fedex store and asked about my package and they keep telling me it's being delivered, I check on my package until the end of the day and it ends up being returned back to storage!     Wlagrens Speciality Pharmacy PAID for OVERNIGHT EXPRESS delivery of some medicalion for a terminally ill cystic fibrosis patient.     I recently bought a macbook pro and it was shipped through FedEx. It was scheduled to be delivered via "Home Delivery" according to Apple's website, which according to FedEx delivers Tuesday through Saturday.     I am currently trying to locate not one but two packages that have been "delivered" to my address.   • Lost Package value $4400

    I had a package that had 11 costumes worth $4,400 from Egypt delivered to my customers. It was a 78 pound box. Never arrived.     Shipped a package via FedEx valued at $3,000. The residence it was supposed to be delivered to has a locked gate at driveway which can only be opened from their house.     At the end of May I had sent in paperwork because I had lost mine and had paid for overnight shipping. Later the next day, I got a notice that the company had not gotten my package. I checked the status of my package and it has said delivered. I called fed ex and they told me that it had been lost. I was furious!!     FedEx is a horrible delivery company mainly because they don't wanna deliver any packages. I live in an apartment building and if I'm not standing outside when the driver comes he will just leave a door tag for me to pick up my own package and keep on his route.     They lost my suitcase and never bothered to find it.They ask for the same information 500 times and never get back to you on anything.They open wrong case ids and wrong case ids on wrong tracking numbers.Each time you call you will be rerouted to 10 different departments which lack any co ordination amongst each other.They dont even make note of any information that is provided during a call.Its been a month since i have been following up on my issue.This is the WORST service ever..Never use Fedex if you value your package!!     I ordered an item off of, the shipper paid for it to arrive within a few days at my house (a $30 value), and the delivery person did not put the package on the truck, so now I have to wait until next Wednesday to receive my order.     I have only had ONE good experience with a FedEx representative and frankly I was quite surprised that it was as good as it had been. I have called in numerous times over the last year and have had nothing but horrible experiences.     I have recently bought a picture on a trip to New York that didn't fit in my suitcase. I took it to the FedEx store to ship it back to Dallas, Texas.     I had a package sent to me via FedEx Ground from out of state. FedEx will only deliver ground during the week, 8 AM to 8 PM, but you can't pick the time and can't ask for weekend delivery.     I ordered a bed frame that came in 3 boxes, under 2-day shipping. 2 of the boxes arrived, but the 3rd did not.     We were running out of gas on a desolate stretch of I-15 Southbound. So I set my cruise at 55mph because that gives me the best mileage.     I sent an expensive electronic to get fixed, and on the return the electronic item disappeared from the packaging and FedEx refuses to help find it.     I ordered some items from autozone online with 2-day shipping, it does not arrive on time. when check online status, it show up as "Delivery exception".     Just received a large envelope package from Fedex - from the Census Bureau. The delivery guy stood on my doorstep and held the pkg up high with his scanner gun aimed at the address and turned to look at me and asked if I was ready and stared at me while he clicked the "scan" button.     So Last Monday June 16,2014 I went to the FedEx in Dedham, MA to ship my sister's car keys that I accidentally took back to Boston with me from North Carolina.     Ordered new swimming pool filter online on 6/18/14. Promised it would ship in 1 day. Picked up in IL by FedEx 6/18, got to MD on 6/19 at the first FedEx location, where it went on another truck on 6/20 to the Halethorpe location, and then was put on a wrong truck by FedEx employee (of course we did not know any of this by using the tracking number.     I Booked a return package from NY to CA using my Fedex number. 3 representatives from last week told me I could request for an upgrade in the package if needed. I did request for an upgrade in the package for an over-night delivery. And even after placing the request the company has not expedited the delivery neither taking any action to help expedite it.     I bought some Mother's Day gifts that arrived today for my wife and my mom. I ordered from Shari's Berry's. They sell strawberries that are around $6 per berry. The shipping is astronomical. They come via FedEx. The box is clearly labeled 'perishable' and 'This side up' but the F-you-Ex driver placed the package on it's side to make sure the berries, which are basically art, were turned on their side in the box and messed up.
