  • No one knows what they are doing



    I have only had ONE good experience with a FedEx representative and frankly I was quite surprised that it was as good as it had been. I have called in numerous times over the last year and have had nothing but horrible experiences. I either get in touch with somebody who hasn't the vaguest idea what they are talking about and I get transferred 5 or 6 times, and I eventually hang up because NO one is helpful and I've just had 30 minutes of my life wasted; OR the people I talk to are unbelievably rude and seem to have no interest in helping me out. 99% of the time, I get off the...     I have recently bought a picture on a trip to New York that didn't fit in my suitcase. I took it to the FedEx store to ship it back to Dallas, Texas. By the time the picture got delivered to me in Dallas, the frame was broken and the glass was shattered inside the box. Although the box had at least FOUR "Fragile" sticker warnings!     I had a package sent to me via FedEx Ground from out of state. FedEx will only deliver ground during the week, 8 AM to 8 PM, but you can't pick the time and can't ask for weekend delivery. I left a signed note for the driver to leave the package or deliver after 5:30 after the first missed delivery (I'm at work M-F 8-5!).     I called to Schedule a Pick-up for 2nd day air for the company I work for. A man Named Nosario picked up the phone. He was so Rude to me that I was shaking when I got off the phone.     I ordered a bed frame that came in 3 boxes, under 2-day shipping. 2 of the boxes arrived, but the 3rd did not. I called, and the lady said, their driver was late to work and decided not to put the 3rd box on the truck. She promised next day delivery on the first truck out.   • Fedex driver deliberately tried to run us off the road



    We were running out of gas on a desolate stretch of I-15 Southbound. So I set my cruise at 55mph because that gives me the best mileage. A Fedex semi driver passed me, as he was passing he noticed we were minority individuals in our vehicle, so he honked in anger because we were driving too slow.     I sent an expensive electronic to get fixed, and on the return the electronic item disappeared from the packaging and FedEx refuses to help find it. They delivered an empty box, so unfortunately the box was signed for but the merchandise is gone.     I ordered some items from autozone online with 2-day shipping, it does not arrive on time. when check online status, it show up as "Delivery exception".   • Fedex may be taking your picture when holding up your delivered parcel



    Just received a large envelope package from Fedex - from the Census Bureau. The delivery guy stood on my doorstep and held the pkg up high with his scanner gun aimed at the address and turned to look at me and asked if I was ready and stared at me while he clicked the "scan" button.     Ordered new swimming pool filter online on 6/18/14. Promised it would ship in 1 day. Picked up in IL by FedEx 6/18, got to MD on 6/19 at the first FedEx location, where it went on another truck on 6/20 to the Halethorpe location, and then was put on a wrong truck by FedEx employee (of course we did not know any of this by using the tracking number.     I Booked a return package from NY to CA using my Fedex number. 3 representatives from last week told me I could request for an upgrade in the package if needed. I did request for an upgrade in the package for an over-night delivery. And even after placing the request the company has not expedited the delivery neither taking any action to help expedite it.     I bought some Mother's Day gifts that arrived today for my wife and my mom. I ordered from Shari's Berry's. They sell strawberries that are around $6 per berry. The shipping is astronomical. They come via FedEx.     Well, I've never had issues with packages being sent to my apartment. If UPS delivers a package to my apartment they are kind enough to put the package on our patio, under our barbecue, or at the office. BUT NOT FEDEX!     I have ordered multiple packages from online companies. Every... single... package that comes through fedex is in someway "delayed". What is the point of ordering overnight shipping and not receiving the package? If I was a company and instead of giving the customer what they payed and just simply putting a big "NA" on everything- I wouldn't last long.     The customer service representatives are absolutely incompetent in their job. I spoke to a half dozen 'reps' and each one assured me my package would arrive promptly more than a week ago.     I have issues EVERY time something is shipped with FedEx. Packages are ALWAYS late. I never get anything on time. I can't tell you how many times it will be marked "out for delivery" only to be brought back and sometimes not delivered till days later.     My medication is shipped overnight and supposed to be delivered between 8 and noon the next day. FedEx cannot leave it on the doorstep because it MUST be signed for. I cannot tell you how often I sit at home ALL DAY waiting for my medicine to be delivered. Why no consistency? One month it's delivered at 1pm and the next month I have to wait until 4:30 pm.     In most cases I use UPS or USPS. Whenever I buyfrom Amazon directly they use FedEx Smartpost. There is nothing good I can say about it.     Worst customer service ever! My fiance ordered a jersey and paid for overnight shipping for his jersey a week prior to our game. The day of our game he contacted them from 10:30 in the morning until we left for our game.     I had sent a gift on 26th through Fedex on overnight priority shipment. It was committed to be delivered the next day that is 27th.     I used to love FedEx but in the last year something has happened that has really discouraged me from wanting to use them. My packages use to show up on time all the time. Now it is hit and miss.
