    Ordered a package from a company I always order from and never had any problems until this driver came along on this route. The drive claimed he delivered my package Wednesday, July 22 at 10:38AM. I checked there was no package and no door hanger to say he attempted deliver. I then checked the package tracking on and it says "Package delivered: no signature required".     message was added giving clear, concise instructions all the way up to my condo landing and with my condo number. the condo number is also posted at each door frame. knowing my 80 lb item was on the truck for delivery.     Auto part delivered to me with only a ship label attached (Saab muffler). Return of part was paid for by pre-printed/paid label. Fedex refused acceptance stating 'must be in a box' even thought they delivered it originally without.   • Lazy Moron drivers

    I have already had 3 different shipments that have been sent to me by Fed Ex. They claim that they have left packages at the door. They never make it to the door. A set of tires for my vehicle were left on the side of the street about 70 ft. from our door. Another package was taken out of the truck and laid on the ground when he took it out of his truck.     My choice of delivery has always been UPS. The vendor that I purchase most of my clothing from just changed delivery companies from UPS to FedEx. My first delivery through fedex was last week.   • Never use Fedex...dishonest drivers!

    I waited all day by the door for a package to be delivered via signature confirmation from Fedex. My front door was open and I never left my home. Only to have them update my online tracking to say 'customer unavailable' when no one ever came to my door! They never came!!! They completely lied and customer service was of no help!     Never use Fedex! I received all these nice emails telling me my package would be delivered by 8:00 pm on Friday. I walk along my road in anticipation waiting for the driver. I see him come out of the street next to mine and drive away.     Im Very Appauled in the service im currently recieving from Fedex SA. After countless phone calls to track my URGENT parcel i was told so many different stories, 1) It cannot be found on the system, Called again spoke to someone else 2) I need to now make payment of R600 for customs and Vat - I have used Fedex a few times before and have NEVER had to pay as the values are always very low.     I recently had purchased something online and the company used FedEx to ship it. The site told me it would arrive in 3 days, and it did.     Fedex was absolutley awful with delivering my package. They delivered it to the wrong place and then did not seem to care much when I called multipile times saying my package was still missing. They kept saying that they would call me and never did, so finally I called and they sad they could not pick up the package to redeliver it to me.     ICouple of days ago, I went to print some copies at FEDEX location in Countryside, IL. I inserted my credit card and use the interent for 3 minutes ($.30/minute charge).     Sent a package 2 day to Shanghai from lax. It has been on hold in customs for over a week because someone at fedex China entered the wrong weight, shipping into the computer.     My package was delivered to the wrong address on March 5. It was left on the porch as no signature was required. The homeowner was kind enough to let FedEX know that they had the wrong address.     I did not know the policy of FedEx and did let me know about their rules when I had no choice for deliveries. They just called me and told that you have to go to airport and pick it up. You probably know that airports are usually in shitty locations for public transport. So I will have to spend around 3 hours to pick it up.     DO NOT USE FEDEX any more. If you use credit card, they will charge you an amount more than the amount shows in your receipt.     FedEx killed fish and other salt water creatures due to late delivery.... Promised delivery time was BY 3:00.
