I ordered an item off of Amazon.com, the shipper paid for it to arrive within a few days at my house (a $30 value), and the delivery person did not put the package on the truck, so now I have to wait until next Wednesday to receive my order. Beyond the cost of the shipping costs, is the disappointment my family and i now have over having to wait almost an extra week for it. if Fed Ex would have contacted me this morning - instead of waiting until after they were closed to text me - then i would have happily driven to their store to pick it up. i will now put on all of my orders to NOT SHIP VIA FED EX!
