customer service sucks. delivery times and dates suck. USE UPS!!!
Customer service sucks. They dont help you at all! They give a delivery date and time and dont show up. They are holding my package for four days in a location 3 hours away! I even tried to pay to get it sooner bc they gave me a ship date during my work hours. They gave me a window of 9am-8pm to sign for a package. I will never use them again! Use UPS way better than these A$$ HOLES!!!!
