Fedex: False Shipping Advertisement

To start off, I would like to say that I never write reviews, and for me to actually open my computer and take time to do this is unbelievable. I ordered a package and selected one day shipping. Normally, I would be satisfied with standard, but I needed my purchase ASAP, so I paid extra... a lot extra. My dissatisfaction comes from the fact that I didn't receive my package "next business day", which should be guaranteed hence the price. I called customer service and as you can guess they were no help, so I've wrote this to inform anyone who wants one day shipping, to save your money and go with 2 day or standard because from my experience their one day isn't accurate in the least bit.
