FedEx damaged by property, called me a liar, & denied claim for loss


Your driver crushed guttering on my carport & ran over 2 large concrete flower planters smashing them into pieces. Driver said to my son "sorry that I got on your pots" & then he hurriedly left. I filed a claim & you guys denied payment because driver didn't admit he did it. First of all, do you really expect he to say he did it? His job is at risk, of course he's not going to say he's guilty. Second, if I was going to make up a false claim I would invent more damage than this. I think you are very wrong for not repairing & replacing my losses. Not only do I feel shortchanged for my losses but also I feel devalued as a customer for being called a liar. This is very insulting, especially when your driver knows he did this. It was witnessed by my 26 year old son & the driver even apologized after the fact. This is very poor customer service indeed. I expected better from an international company with such a reputable reputation.
